Your site is yours
Everything you build here, including the code and the content, is yours. You can download it and run it anywhere, with or without us.
What we provide
We build sites from your description, host the published copy, store your data tables, orders and enquiries, and send email on your behalf. We work to keep this available but do not promise it will never be interrupted.
What you agree to
Use the service for lawful purposes and content you have the right to publish. Do not use it to send spam, host malware, or impersonate others. We may take down a site that breaks this and will tell you why.
Payments
Payments on your site are handled by the provider you connect, under its terms. We record the order and the provider's confirmation; we never hold the money.
Ending the agreement
You can delete a site or your account at any time. Deletion is permanent and removes the site, its history, its data and its enquiries.
