Your account

We keep your name, email address and a hashed password so you can log in. We send email about your account, your orders and your enquiries, and nothing else.

Payment provider secrets you enter are encrypted before they are stored and are never shown again, not even to you.

Your sites and data

The sites you build, their version history, their data tables, orders and enquiries belong to you. You can export the code and the data at any time and delete a site permanently from its settings.

We do not sell or share your data. Staff look at a site only to fix a problem you have reported.

Visitors to your site

Published sites count page views without cookies and without profiles: a visitor is told apart from a repeat view by a hash that changes every day and is never stored. Only the country and the referring site's domain are kept, when the browser sends them.

Card details are entered on your payment provider's own form and never pass through Ved Studio.

Messages sent through your contact form are stored so you can read and answer them, and are deleted when you delete them or the site.

Cookies

The studio sets one cookie: your login session. Published sites set none.
