I am based in the Pacific Time Zone (PT) / Eastern Time Zone (ET) collaborative windows and maintain flexible overlap hours for international teams. I rely on asynchronous updates via Slack/Linear alongside scheduled weekly syncs to keep engineering velocity high.

For fractional CTO and advisory retainers, I bill on a predictable monthly basis. For MVP builds and cloud migrations, I typically work on a milestone-driven fixed-scope basis starting at a minimum engagement size of $10,000.

While I frequently execute end-to-end full-stack development independently for MVPs, I routinely step in as a Lead Architect or Fractional CTO to mentor existing junior/mid-level developers, conduct code reviews, and establish CI/CD best practices.

Every engagement includes a 30-day post-launch warranty period for bug fixes and performance tuning. Beyond that, I offer ongoing fractional maintenance retainers or help transition the system smoothly to your full-time internal hires.
